Pre-sell service
We provide computer assistant design service. With this service, we are able to save the space at the most possibility and work out a most economic layout. We can show our clients the office outlook in advance.

Customer service
Setting up large-scale project management department in order to ensure consign efficiently and install accuratly.

After-sale service
Reorganization and relocation of the furniture: Renewing of furniture fabric, desks and chairs as well as the antipollution. The full-time service center deals with the urgent accidents, provider service to customers to meet their requirement.

* If discrepancy appears which is no confirmed with contract, technical requirement and special items, Joyoffice is responsible for product-changing.
* During warranty period, the damage occur because of products ' own quality, our company will be responsible for free maintenance. However, changing accessories will be charged.
* During warranty period, if customer needs furniture relocation, our company will provide service like furniture reinstallation, reassembling and home refurnishing etc.
* Pay a visit to customers regularly: After signing the contract, Joyoffice will visit our customers regularly to check products quality in order to deal with the problem.
Answer customers' consultation : within the warranty period, we will answer customers within 2 hours about their any question, then solve problem as soon as possible.
